We're looking for enthusiastic Construction Laborers in Brisbane to support our construction teams. You'll engage in hands-on tasks, from site preparation to assisting tradesmen, ensuring a smooth workflow on-site. Physical fitness and a team-oriented attitude are key to succeeding in this role.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality bowstrings tailored to individual customer needs.
• Choose the right materials for each project and determine specifications.
• Work with both traditional and modern bowstring making techniques.
• Conduct thorough quality checks on all completed bowstrings.
• Perform regular maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Engage with customers to confirm their expectations and preferences.
• Stay informed on the latest trends in bowstring technology.
• Document production processes and outcomes for quality analysis.
• Maintain an efficient and safe working environment.
• Assist in training new staff on bowstring making processes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in manufacturing or craft skills preferred

Experience

• Experience in handmade crafts or similar roles preferred

Languages
