Responsibilities
Design manufacturing processes that comply with regulatory standards.
Increase efficiency by implementing Lean Manufacturing techniques.
Investigate quality issues and implement corrective action.
Train production staff on new processes and ensure adherence to protocols.
Liaise with suppliers to ensure optimal raw material quality.
Support product development initiatives with engineering insights.
Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
Master's degree preferred
Experience
Minimum of 5 years in process engineering roles, preferably in a regulated sector.
