Responsibilities

• Design manufacturing processes that comply with regulatory standards.
• Increase efficiency by implementing Lean Manufacturing techniques.
• Investigate quality issues and implement corrective action.
• Train production staff on new processes and ensure adherence to protocols.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure optimal raw material quality.
• Support product development initiatives with engineering insights.
• Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years in process engineering roles, preferably in a regulated sector.

Languages
