Quality Assurance Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee our quality assurance initiatives in Burnie. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all products meet quality standards and compliance requirements, leading a team of quality analysts, and implementing best practices in testing processes.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to foster a quality-focused environment.
• Lead root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct training for team members on new testing techniques and tools.
• Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Support project management in quality-related initiatives.
• Prepare and present quality reports to stakeholders.
• Evaluate and recommend tools for quality assurance activities.
• Ensure that all quality processes are aligned with company objectives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Software Engineering or a related field
• Relevant certifications are preferred

Experience

• Min of 5 years in QA management or similar positions

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA)
