Job Description

We are seeking experienced production workers who can facilitate our company's growth. You will work alongside a talented team to implement strategies that improve efficiency and sustainability across our operations.

Responsibilities

• Identify bottlenecks in production and develop solutions to improve flow.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to enhance productivity.
• Coordinate with supply chain management to ensure materials are available.
• Prepare and present reports on operational performance to senior management.
• Foster a positive team environment that encourages innovation and collaboration.
• Assist in recruitment and training of new production employees.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field

Experience

• 5+ years experience in production or operations management

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies: Understanding of Agile practices to enhance production flexibility.
