We are seeking a dedicated Concrete Vibrator Operator to join our construction team in Melbourne. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining concrete vibrators to ensure the efficient consolidation of freshly poured concrete. Your expertise will play a vital role in delivering high-quality construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with other construction team members and contractors to schedule concrete pours.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment for maintenance needs.
• Stay updated with safety regulations and procedures relevant to concrete operations.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project timelines and address any challenges.
• Provide training and guidance to less experienced operators.
• Document any issues and solutions related to concrete quality and consistency.
• Assist in ensuring that all materials and equipment are available for daily tasks.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required; on-the-job training provided

Experience

• Prior experience in construction and operation of heavy machinery is desirable.
