We are seeking a Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Hobart. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the planning, design, and implementation of various civil engineering projects. You will collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure project success, adhering to local regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the construction of infrastructure projects.
• Conduct soil and material testing to determine project requirements.
• Prepare detailed project documentation including plans and calculations.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Engage with the community regarding project impact and management.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Relevant postgraduate qualifications are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering and project delivery

• Civil 3D

Certifications

• RPEQ (Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland)
