Job Description

We are seeking a committed individual to join our team as a Safety Deposit Boxes Custodian. Your main responsibilities will include overseeing customer access to safety deposit boxes, performing regular facility inspections, and managing sensitive records with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the integrity and security of the safety deposit box system at all times.
• Assist customers in understanding the usage and access procedures for their boxes.
• Perform detailed inspections ensuring the safety of the facility and the items stored.
• Document all interactions with customers and maintain detailed access records.
• Implement and monitor adherence to security protocols within the facility.
• Provide training and guidance to new staff members on security and customer service standards.
• Maintain communication with security personnel regarding facility safety.
• Investigate any discrepancies in records and report to management.
• Offer recommendations to improve operational procedures and customer experience.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Certificate in Security Management, Banking, or a related field

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial institution or security-related field.
