Job Description

We are searching for a proactive and highly organized Office Services Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll handle a variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the smooth running of our office environment. Ideal candidates will bring exceptional multitasking skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that our office operations remain efficient and productive. Your responsibilities will include managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and providing support to HR with onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors warmly and manage inquiries at the front desk.
  • Assist in procurement and management of office supplies.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agenda and documents as needed.
  • Help maintain a secure office environment by monitoring access.
  • Coordinate all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including packages.
  • Maintain organized office records and databases.
  • Provide support to the HR department in various initiatives.
  • Assist in event planning for office functions and meetings.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Certifications in office management are preferred
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred
