Refurbish Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Refurbish Technician to join our team in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for refurbishing electronic devices such as laptops, phones, and tablets while ensuring they meet industry standards before resale. This role requires a strong attention to detail and a passion for electronics.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and diagnose the condition of devices for refurbishment.
• Test and evaluate the quality of refurbished products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workshop.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of parts.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team for product standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the refurbishment process.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate IV in Electronics or equivalent
• Technical degree preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years working experience as a Refurbish Technician

Technical Skills

• Electronic repair
• Diagnostic software
• Hand and power tools

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with gaming consoles: Experience refurbishing gaming consoles such as PlayStation and Xbox.
• Experience with soldering: Hands-on experience with soldering components in electronic devices.
