Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Load Tester to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing the performance and scalability of our software applications under various loads and stress conditions. Your expertise will help us identify bottlenecks and optimize our systems for peak performance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute comprehensive load tests for various software applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and drive load testing initiatives.
• Ensure thorough documentation of testing scenarios and outcomes.
• Identify and articulate software performance challenges and recommend solutions.
• Guide the development team on performance improvement techniques post-testing.
• Utilize and enhance our existing load testing tools and frameworks.
• Maintain load testing environments and tools to ensure up-to-date capabilities.
• Contribute to retrospectives on testing processes and outcomes to refine methodologies.
• Engage in continual learning to stay abreast of emerging load testing tools and practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Certifications in load testing tools is a plus

Experience

• A minimum of 2 years in related roles, with proficiency in load testing tools.
