Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Plating Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender who will be responsible for applying impregnating substances to enhance the durability and resistance of metal and plastic products. The role involves operating machinery, monitoring processes, and maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials for impregnation by correctly applying treatments.
• Operate impregnation machinery with precision and attention to detail.
• Monitor the quality of the impregnation cycle and resolve any issues.
• Keep accurate logs of production metrics and quality outcomes.
• Conduct regular cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
• Work collaboratively in a dynamic production environment.
• Continuously seek methods to improve production processes.
• Assist with inventory management of materials and supplies.
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant vocational training is advantageous

Experience

• No specific experience required, but experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Experience with Industrial Machinery
• Quality Control Knowledge

Certifications

• Forklift License (Preferred)

Languages

• English: Fluent
