Job Description

We're on the lookout for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our compassionate team. As an Outpatient Occupational Therapist, you'll work closely with clients to enhance their functional abilities and support their rehabilitation journey. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic strategies.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations to determine patients' functional capabilities.
• Work closely with other allied health professionals to deliver coordinated care.
• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on client feedback.
• Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards in practice.
• Provide education and training on adaptive equipment as needed.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and care strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or related field
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in outpatient therapy
