Job Description

We are seeking qualified Judges, Magistrate Judges, or Magistrates to join our esteemed legal team. The successful candidates will be responsible for presiding over legal proceedings, offering fair treatment, and upholding the law within their jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Lead hearings and trials with an emphasis on fairness.
• Prepare comprehensive written opinions on cases.
• Discuss and interpret legal principles with legal teams.
• Stay informed of changes in the law and legal precedents.
• Foster a respectful and productive courtroom atmosphere.
• Evaluate evidence presented and rule on its admissibility.
• Encourage alternative dispute resolution where possible.
• Record and manage court proceedings accurately.
• Participate in training sessions for legal education.
• Contribute to policy discussions on judicial matters.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent
• Doctorate in Law is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 7 years of comprehensive legal experience

Technical Skills

• Litigation

• Conflict Resolution
• Leadership

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in intellectual property law: Background in adjudicating intellectual property disputes.
• Proficiency in alternative dispute resolution: Experience in resolving disputes outside of traditional court settings.
