Job Description

As the Chief Passenger Ship Stewardess, you'll oversee all onboard passenger services ensuring that every guest has a remarkable experience. This role involves managing a team of stewards, training staff, and maintaining high standards in service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Direct the steward team in delivering exceptional service to guests.
• Engage with passengers to enhance their onboard experience.
• Ensure passenger cabins and common areas are impeccably maintained.
• Coach stewards in best practices for customer engagement.
• Oversee supply chain operations for onboard amenities.
• Collaborate with culinary teams to ensure dining service excellence.
• Assist in organizing entertainment and events for passenger enjoyment.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Hospitality (Cruise Ships)
• Senior First Aid Certificate

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in hospitality or maritime industry.
