Job Description

As a Flight Readiness Technician, you'll be crucial in ensuring the operational safety of aircraft in our fleet. Your role will involve conducting thorough inspections, preventative maintenance, and testing to ensure every aircraft is flight-ready. We are looking for a motivated individual with strong technical skills and a passion for aviation.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive inspections and rigorous testing of aircraft.
• Ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations and guidelines.
• Foster communication between technicians and flight crews regarding aircraft conditions.
• Participate in ongoing training and education programs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in maintenance processes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of aviation technology and maintenance practices.
• Assist with the administration of maintenance records and reports.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Aircraft Maintenance
• Certificate IV in Aeroskills preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in aircraft maintenance and repair
