Job Description

The Vehicle Maintenance Unit Commanding Officer is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all vehicles within the organization, ensuring that they are safe and in optimal working condition.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of the vehicle maintenance unit.
• Ensure all maintenance activities align with organizational goals.
• Liaise with external vendors for parts and service agreements.
• Implement best practices in vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Conduct performance appraisals for maintenance staff.

Requirements

Education

• Preferred Master's degree in Automotive Engineering or related discipline

Experience

• 5+ years of experience, with at least 2 in a management role in vehicle maintenance
