Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Used Car Renovator to join our dynamic team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in refurbishing used vehicles, ensuring they meet the high standards required by our clients. You'll be responsible for assessing vehicles, repairing faults, and presenting them in showroom condition.

Responsibilities

• Examine used vehicles for any necessary repairs and refurbishments.
• Conduct mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic repairs as needed.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standard.
• Detail vehicles meticulously to enhance overall aesthetics.
• Work closely with peers to ensure workflow efficiency and high output.
• Follow through with all safety procedures and regulations to mitigate risk.
• Generate detailed reports for each vehicle serviced, including repairs and enhancements.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate IV in Automotive (Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology)

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in automotive repair, preferably with high-performance vehicles

Technical Skills

• Restoration Techniques
• Paint Preparation and Application

Soft Skills

• Customer Service
• Time Management

Certifications

• ASE Certification (Automotive Service Excellence)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with automotive technologies: Awareness of the latest automotive technologies and repair tools.
