Job Description

As a Collision Appraiser, you will assess vehicle damage and establish repair costs while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Your role will involve close collaboration with insurance companies, repair shops, and customers to expedite the repair process.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections and evaluations of vehicles.
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers and repair service providers.
  • Utilize industry-specific software for damage assessment and reporting.
  • Provide advice on insurance claims and processes to clients.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering or a related field preferred
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in the automotive appraisal sector
Technical Skills
  • Expert knowledge of automotive technologies and repair methodologies
  • Familiarity with claims management processes
  • Experience with high-end vehicles is an advantage
Soft Skills
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Customer service skills
