We are seeking a dedicated Recovery Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promptly responding to vehicle recovery calls, assessing situations, and executing recovery operations effectively. This role demands sharp problem-solving skills and strong customer service capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls for vehicle recovery services efficiently.
• Evaluate the circumstances of each recovery situation, selecting the best recovery methods.
• Ensure vehicles are transported safely and securely.
• Document recovery operations accurately for insurance and operational purposes.
• Conduct routine checks and maintenance on recovery vehicles.
• Engage with clients to provide updates and information on their vehicle recovery.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures meticulously.
• Maintain a professional demeanor in all client interactions.
• Support team members and assist with training when necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Valid driver's license

Experience

• Experience working with insurance processes and procedures preferred

Technical Skills

• Vehicle Safety Protocols

Soft Skills

Certifications

• Certification in Vehicle Recovery

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Hazardous Materials: Knowledge of safe handling of hazardous materials is a plus.
