Responsibilities

• Perform detailed assessments to identify clients' strengths and areas for improvement.
• Create individualised intervention plans based on client needs and preferences.
• Utilise various therapeutic modalities to achieve optimal client outcomes.
• Engage in case conferences with other professionals to discuss and plan comprehensive care.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance for clients and their families during the rehabilitation process.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practice standards.
• Evaluate and document clients' progress regularly, preparing reports for stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience in a clinical setting
