Job Description

We are on the lookout for skilled Adhesive Bonding Machine Operators and Tenders to join our production team. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of adhesive manufacturing processes and the ability to operate and maintain various machines.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot adhesive bonding machinery.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Document production data accurately in accordance with company procedures.
• Work closely with the quality control team to implement improvements.
• Train new staff on machine operations and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in Lean Manufacturing
• Bilingual skills (English and any other language) are a plus

Experience

• Experience in a lean-manufacturing environment is beneficial

Technical Skills

• Machine troubleshooting
• ERP systems experience

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent
