Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Bet Taker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of bets and ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided at all times.
Responsibilities
Accept bets on various sporting events.
Provide betting advice to customers.
Calculate odds and payouts for various bets.
Process payments and issue receipts.
Resolve customer complaints and issues.
Keep up-to-date with the latest betting trends and regulations.
Assist the Betting Manager with other tasks as needed.
Requirements
Education
Certificate III in Gambling Operations or equivalent
Current Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) certification
Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role

Languages
English: Fluent
Advantageous
Experience in a team leader or supervisory role: Proven experience in leading teams and managing betting operations.
