We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to provide support to our Speech Pathologists. You'll be integral in helping clients with communication disorders through individual and group therapy sessions.
Responsibilities
Support the speech therapy team in conducting assessments and treatment sessions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients.
Monitor client progress and adjust therapy techniques as needed.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Participate in relevant training and professional development activities.
Contribute to the development of resources and materials for therapy.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology or a related field
Registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
Experience
A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Speech Pathology Assistant.
