Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Packaging and Filling Machine Operators to join our team. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the packaging of recycled materials. The role requires attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot filling and packaging machines.
• Monitor machine operation to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machines.
• Assist in training team members on machine operations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality control standards.
• Work closely with the production team to meet quotas and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of production data.
• Help maintain stock levels of packaging materials.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Report any machine malfunctions or delays to management immediately.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certifications in production management is an advantage

Experience

• Experience in a recycling or manufacturing setting preferred

Certifications

• Hazardous Material Handling Certification

Languages
