Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate shoe machinery for production runs.

• Assist in training new staff on machine operation and safety practices.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications necessary, but experience in shoemaking is preferred.

Experience

• At least 2-3 years of experience in shoemaking or a similar manufacturing field.

Technical Skills
