Job Description

The Deburring Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the deburring process of metal components. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of accuracy, safety, and efficiency in their work while being an integral part of the production team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor machine operations and adjust settings to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect products post-deburring for quality assurance.
• Report any defects or inconsistencies to the production supervisor.
• Keep work area tidy and report any health and safety issues.
• Assist in training new staff on machine operation and safety practices.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certifications related to machining or manufacturing processes are preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience working with deburring machines

Technical Skills

• Precision measurement tools

Languages

• English: Fluent
