Job Description

As a Foundry Mold and Coremaker, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our airset casting machines to produce high-quality metal castings. Your expertise in metal casting will be crucial in ensuring product quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor airset casting machines.
• Ensure quality assurance of metal castings throughout the production cycle.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company standards in all procedures.
• Assist in training new employees on equipment operations and safety practices.
• Implement improvements to increase production efficiency.
• Evaluate and report any irregularities in the production process.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace.
• Work collaboratively with engineers and quality assurance teams.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical degree in manufacturing or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years' experience in metal casting or manufacturing processes
