Job Description

As a Shoe Machine Operator and Tender at Stitch Rubber, you will play a crucial role in our production process. Your primary responsibility will be to operate and maintain stitching machines to produce a range of rubber products. We require a detail-oriented individual who can work well in a fast-paced environment while ensuring the highest quality standards. Previous experience in the rubber manufacturing industry is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate industrial stitching machines for various rubber applications.
• Monitor stitching processes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Provide feedback on production efficiency to management.
• Assist in training new team members on machine operations.
• Participate in safety meetings and follow established protocols.
• Ensure that the workspace remains organized and free from hazards.

Requirements

Education

• Preferred experience in similar roles.

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with machine operation experience.

Languages
