Job Description

We are seeking experienced Metal Workers and Plastic Workers to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidates will be responsible for various tasks including swaging and crimping cables and wires, ensuring quality control, and maintaining production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the swaging process from start to finish, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Training new team members on equipment operation and safety procedures.
• Collaborating with supervisors to troubleshoot production issues.
• Adapting to changing production needs and working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in cable swaging or related field preferred

Experience

• Experience with a variety of cable types and sizes

Technical Skills

• Swaging techniques

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Advanced swaging techniques: Experience with solder sleeves and other advanced techniques.
• CNC machine operation: Ability to operate CNC machinery for precise work.
