Job Description

We're on the hunt for skilled Metal Workers and Plastic Workers to join our dedicated team in Melbourne. You'll be working with top-of-the-line tools and technologies, contributing to projects that push the boundaries of manufacturing excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee supplier negotiations and contract management.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor supply chain performance.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners to optimize shipping processes.
  • Assist in the development of inventory management practices.
  • Review and report on supply chain budget and expenditures regularly.
  • Facilitate training sessions for staff on supply chain best practices.
  • Utilize supply chain software tools to enhance workflow efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent
  • Professional certifications like APICS or CIPS preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain processes.
