Hand Paint Mixer

Job Description

The Hand Paint Mixer is responsible for mixing and preparing paint products by hand in order to meet customer specifications and quality standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, physical dexterity, and the ability to work with small amounts of paint.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and blend paint by following specified formulas and procedures.
• Conduct quality checks on batches to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Operate and maintain paint mixing equipment.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Comply with safety standards and procedures.
• Resolve any issues related to color and paint quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in a paint manufacturing role preferred.
