Responsibilities

• Conduct safety checks on packaging equipment daily.
• Perform quality control inspections throughout the packaging process.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene standards applicable to food packaging.
• Assist in the setup of packaging lines for new products.
• Participate in rotating shifts to optimise production flow.
• Contribute to the training and development of junior staff.
• Engage in problem-solving discussions on production efficiency.
• Foster a positive team environment focused on achieving goals.
• Support the execution of packaging projects and trials.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Packaging Operations or equivalent
• Relevant experience in the food or beverage industry is preferred

Experience

• At least 1-2 years of experience in packaging operations preferred.
