Job Description

The Charcoal Kiln Burner will be responsible for operating and maintaining charcoal kilns, ensuring the production of high-quality charcoal for use in a variety of industries. The ideal candidate will be innovative, detail-oriented, and possess a strong understanding of kiln operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor continuous kiln processes.
• Conduct quality control checks on finished charcoal and biochar products.
• Generate and maintain logs of kiln operation and product output.
• Assist in troubleshooting any issues related to kiln operations.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and upgrades.
• Participate in regular training to enhance skill set and safety practices.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in forestry or related field preferred

Experience

• Experience with wood processing equipment is advantageous.
