We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Manager to lead our logistics operations in Rockhampton. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of supply chain processes, with a proven track record of improving efficiency and reducing costs. You will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, overseeing inventory management, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective logistics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and transportation companies.
• Implement software solutions for supply chain management and reporting.
• Optimize warehouse operations for efficiency and accuracy.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in supply chain logistics.
• Prepare budgets and manage costs related to supply chain operations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring and improving service levels.
• Evaluate and select new suppliers based on quality and competitiveness.
• Facilitate regular supply chain meetings to discuss performance and strategy.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or relevant field
• An MBA or relevant master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain management
