Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Woodworking Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our manufacturing team. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with woodworking machinery, particularly in setting up and operating machines to produce high-quality timber products.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines for daily production runs.
• Adjust machine settings to achieve desired specifications.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery.
• Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure product standards.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Apprenticeship in woodworking or a related field is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in woodworking operations

• Machine Maintenance

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Skill in cross-cut and ripping saw operations: Experience operating various saws for precision wood cutting.
• Understanding of timber types and qualities: Knowledge of diverse types of timber and their uses in woodworking.
