Job Description

As a Mixing and Blending Machine Setter, Operator, or Tender, you will be involved in the preparation of rubber compounds, ensuring quality standards are met. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail and the ability to operate and maintain blending equipment.

Responsibilities

• Mix and blend raw materials accurately according to formulas.
• Train new operators on equipment usage and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with quality control to ensure product specifications are met.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Report production progress and challenges to supervisors.
• Assist with sourcing and managing raw material inventory.
• Guarantee all operations comply with company policies and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical training in mechanical operations is a plus

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Languages
