Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Print Binding and Finishing Workers to join our production team. Ideal candidates will have experience in operating binding machines and an eye for detail to ensure the highest quality standards in our leather products.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust binding machines for various production requirements.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Utilize hand tools to finish products as required by the production schedule.
• Document production data and report on machine performance.
• Assist in inventory control and material handling in the production area.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience operating industrial stitching machines

Technical Skills

• Industrial Stitching Machine Operation
• Leather Product Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Team Collaboration

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with leather crafting tools: Familiarity with hand tools used in leatherwork and finishing.
