Job Description

We are searching for a dedicated Roll Turner to join our production team. As a Roll Turner, you will be responsible for operating machinery to efficiently turn and position rolls of material in our manufacturing facility. Safety and teamwork are essential in this role, ensuring materials move smoothly through the production process.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot roll turning machines.
• Conduct quality inspections of rolls before and after processing.
• Make necessary adjustments to machinery settings.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure machine efficiency.
• Monitor workflow and report any disruptions in process.
• Assist in loading/unloading and transporting rolls.
• Maintain adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Work in conjunction with colleagues to meet production targets.
• Document production data and machine settings as required.
• Engage in ongoing training for skill development.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Manufacturing or related field
• Forklift license (preferred)

Experience

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Mechanical aptitude

Certifications

• First Aid certification (advantageous)

Languages

• English: Fluent
