Job Description

We are searching for an Edging Supervisor to manage the edging operations within our Adelaide facility. You’ll lead a team of operators and ensure our glass products meet rigorous quality standards while fostering a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the edging department.
  • Set clear performance expectations for team members.
  • Foster teamwork and collaboration within the production floor.
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles to increase productivity.
  • Monitor inventory levels for edging supplies and reorder as necessary.
  • Review and analyse production data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for team members.
  • Drive initiatives for process optimization and waste reduction.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant certifications in manufacturing preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years in a similar supervisory position required.
