Job Description

As a Mixing and Blending Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will be responsible for operating equipment that produces high-quality pearl glue. This role requires maintaining equipment, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and monitoring production processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct regular checks on machinery performance to identify potential issues.
• Compile production data for reporting to the supervisor.
• Facilitate communication between team members to streamline operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate on process development for new products.
• Document maintenance and repair activities on machinery.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant vocational training

Experience

• Experience with pearl glue production processes preferred
