Job Description
As a First-Line Supervisor, you will be instrumental in managing a diverse team of mechanics and repair personnel, ensuring that all machinery is functioning at optimal levels and safety standards are upheld.
Responsibilities
Manage daily maintenance operations and staff schedules.
Ensure machinery is well-maintained and meets operational standards.
Develop training programs for new and existing staff.
Review repair orders and coordinate with vendors for parts.
Evaluate maintenance performance and develop improvement plans.
Document equipment maintenance history and compliance issues.
Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is preferred
Experience
Extensive experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
