Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Furnace, Kiln, Oven, Drier, and Kettle Operators to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidates will operate various thermal processing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and quality in textile production.

Responsibilities

• Operate complex manufacturing machinery while ensuring adherence to safety guidelines.
• Report any issues or malfunctions to management promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical diploma in Manufacturing Technology or similar field is advantageous

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
