Job Description

The Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and machinery. This involves routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, and executing timely repairs to maintain efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage the maintenance schedule for all equipment.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime.
• Implement and monitor maintenance best practices.
• Assess equipment performance and recommend upgrades.
• Keep the workplace tidy and organised.
• Review and optimise maintenance inventory.
• Carry out emergency repairs when required.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant qualification in Engineering or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in equipment maintenance.
