We are seeking dedicated and experienced Sawing Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our production team. In this role, you will handle the operation and maintenance of various wood sawing machinery, ensuring precision and adherence to safety protocols. Successful candidates will bring a keen eye for detail, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate various wood sawing machines to produce accurate cuts.
• Set up machinery for different cutting specifications.
• Conduct quality checks on finished wood pieces.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with quality control personnel to ensure standards are met.
• Implement improvements to production processes as suggested.
• Record daily production metrics and report to the team.
• Engage in continuous training for skills enhancement.
• Support team initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in woodworking is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years in woodworking or manufacturing environment
