Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Manufacture Specialist to take charge of and improve our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills coupled with experience in production planning and scheduling, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production processes to identify areas for efficiency improvements.
• Develop cost-effective manufacturing strategies that maximise output.
• Lead process optimization initiatives to improve product quality.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on new product development and production integration.
• Implement best practices for inventory management, ensuring minimal waste.
• Provide leadership and guidance to production team members on daily tasks and objectives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field
• Master's degree in a related field is preferred

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in a similar role

• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor

Languages

• English: Fluent
