Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to lead our production team in ensuring that manufacturing operations run smoothly, efficiently, and within budget. The ideal candidate will manage staff, develop production schedules, and collaborate with other departments to meet company goals.

Responsibilities

• Represent production at executive meetings and strategy sessions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field
• Additional certifications in Manufacturing Management are advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years' experience managing production teams.
