As a Block Operator, you will play a key role in our production operations. Your duties will include monitoring machinery, performing quality checks, and ensuring that production output meets required specifications. • Control and monitor the operation of block production machinery.

• Initiate troubleshooting procedures for machinery issues.
• Document production activities and maintain logs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Participate in safety programs and initiatives.
• Maintain an organized and safe work area.
• Support continuous improvement efforts within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant vocational training or certification is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
