Job Description

The Continuous Pickling Line Pickler Helper is integral to our production team, assisting in managing the pickling process. You will handle materials, oversee production activities, and ensure adherence to quality standards. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage steel coils for the continuous pickling line.
  • Monitor equipment performance during the production process.
  • Conduct inspections during the pickling process to meet quality standards.
  • Carry out regular maintenance and cleaning of pickling machines.
  • Assist with coordinating material supplies and inventory.
  • Maintain accurate production records and logs.
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team for compliance checks.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss process improvements.
  • Assist in training new employees on the pickling process.
  • Identify and report equipment malfunctions promptly.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
