Job Description

We are searching for an experienced Plating Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender who will be responsible for preparing and applying various plating processes accurately. The successful candidate will operate machinery, ensure product quality, and work with a team to meet production goals. Attention to detail and commitment to safety are essential in this role.

Responsibilities

• Monitor plating baths and make necessary adjustments.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality assessments.
• Troubleshoot problems related to the plating process.
• Ensure all safety equipment is used effectively.
• Document all relevant operational information.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize operations.
• Participate in audits and comply with regulatory standards.
• Assist with inventory management of materials and supplies.
• Support training sessions for team members.
• Maintain comprehensive records of production processes.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in plating or a related field

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
