Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Woodworking Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a solid understanding of woodworking machinery, and a passion for high-quality craftsmanship. You will play an essential role in optimizing production processes and ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Operate various woodworking machines, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the Mapping Team and Product Development Team to enhance production processes.
• Ensure accurate measurements and quality checks are performed on all outputs.
• Assist in training new operators in machine setup and operational procedures.
• Identify areas for continuous improvement in workflow and machinery usage.
• Support other production activities as required to ensure team objectives are met.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate IV in Engineering or relevant field is preferred

Experience

• Experience in cutting and sewing fabrics is advantageous.
